MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

My goal is to provide quality psychological care to all my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations affects other clients.
Please be aware of the following policy regarding missed appointments.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

If cancellation is necessary, I require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. You may leave a detailed voicemail message or send an email. I will return your call as soon as possible.

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

LATE CANCELLATION /

 NO-SHOWS

  • A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

  • A no-show is missing an appointment without cancelling. 

In either case, I will charge the client the missed appointment fee.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

Arrival is considered late when a client arrives 15 minutes or more after the appointment time. The appointment will be cancelled automatically at 15 minutes after the appointed time. The client will be charged a missed appointment fee.
